The Rise and Fall

Well it didn't rise as much as it did last week.
Yes, I made the same cake again. It was REALLY good.
I made a couple of small changes, but nothing that should effect it so much. Last week it really did look like the pic in the cookbook. I am perplexed.
Tomorrow morning i will put the lemon curd / mascarpone filling into it. I suspect it will still taste OK.
And, of course, there is always next week to try again :>)
